Closing Circle : Join us for a live virtual gathering on Sunday, December 29th at 5 PM EST to share reflections, embodied experiences, and insights.

How Are Books Selected?
Books chosen for our club are body-centered and focus on ancestral healing. Each selection sparks meaningful conversations while promoting practical and spiritual healing for readers as they journey through the pages.
What If I Miss or Can’t Make the Discussion Session?
Registered participants can submit questions, comments, or reflections in advance, which will be incorporated into our live discussion. The session will also be recorded, so you can view it afterward at your convenience.
Is There a Sign-Up Period?
Our book club welcomes participants at any time during the 6-week reading period, offering flexibility for different reading paces. These books are designed to be more than informational—they are transformative experiences. Each selection invites you to engage with somatic practices, integrate reflections into your daily life, and foster personal healing.
